The 30-40 min session did the work to heal the knee. Within 3 weeks I was able to put 100% weight on my left leg, allowing me to walk without the support of a walker or crutch. A knee brace is still advised by Dr. Anil Kumar (PT) to avoid injury while walking for at least 4 weeks.
